Academic Infrastructure

The school provides all the academic resources needed to efficiently run the school.
The most important of them are:

FACULTY: Teachers are our most valuable assets. The members of our faculty have proved themselves as dedicated and highly motivated staff. All are well qualified and work together as one single minded team for the benefit of the children, who are under their care for over nine months. Many of them have experience of more than twenty years in the school. It  requires devotion more than the zeal to do duty. Besides guiding the students in various activities, they often have to deal with emotional problems like homesickness and loss of confidence due to poor performance. Besides their routine teaching work during school hours, the teachers are engaged in coaching the weaker students in the afternoons and evenings. They involve themselves in shouldering the responsibility of caring and looking after the children just as their mothers would do. They do so all this cheerfully. Your child will be in safe and caring hands.

LIBRARY: A well equipped library is the backbone of the institution. We have a fairly well equipped library and reading room, having about, 19,000 volumes in various subjects to cater to the varied interests of the students. To inculcate the habit of reading, its use has been made part of everyday’s time – table.

Study Halls:  Two Study Halls have been added as a part of Academic Infrastructure for the senior students. The study hall near the skating ground for the students of std X, PUC I year and PUC II year, is well equipped and well ventilated to provide conducive atmosphere to the students to enable them to discuss, to clarify their doubts with their peers and to seek assistance from their subject teachers who are always available by their side. This enables our students to score high marks in their exams. The study hall in the Lounge at Dormitories III and VIII is an ideal place for the students of Std IX to discuss and to help each other by co-operative learning.

Some other facilities as part of academic infrastructure:

1. Computer lab has been furnished with 45 computers which are well equipped with networking facility as well as internet facility. There is also uninterrupted power supply (UPS) whenever there is power failure.

2. Broadband installation has been initiated and also uninterrupted power supply (UPS) which gives service for 10-15 mts when there is power failure.

3. 08 well furnished Staff Quarters for staff members and 02 VIP Guest house are under construction.

4. New Administrative Block adjacent to the School building is also under construction.
