Curriculum

The School is intended for girls. It is run on the lines of the Sainik schools and is the only public school exclusively for girls. It is national in its character.

The School intends to prepare girls:

To build up national womanhood (good citizens, good house-wives and good mothers with broad outlook.)To enter into a world of tomorrow as disciplined tolerant, responsible, co-operative and useful members of a larger society.To cultivate courage in facing any eventually especially in times of need, stress and national emergency and to cherish social, moral and spiritual aspirations in the development of their personalities.

ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE:

Class and Syllabus: We have classes from VI to PUC-II. We follow Karnataka State Syllabus, Efforts are being made to introduce CBSE syllabus. Besides the exisiting combination of PCMB combination, PCMC (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, ComputerScience) has also been started for PUC from the year 2008-09.

The School prepares the girls for Secondary School leaving Certificate Examination conducted by Karnataka Secondary Education Board and Pre-University Course Examination Board, following the All India Education pattern 10+2.
