How to Apply

Admissions are made every year for which applications in the prescribed forms enclosed with its prospectus are to be submitted in March of the previous academic year.
The applications and the filled Hall Ticket for admission should be accompanied by the following:

A certificate from the Head of the school giving the class in which the child is studying and the date of Birth as recorded in the school.

A Nativity/Domicile certificate signed by the competent Revenue Authority.

A caste cum income certificate from specified authority (Tahshildar) where applicable, in prescribed form. (For SC and ST candidates – Form No 1, for Category 1, II and III- prescribed category Form: for Defence – Discharge of service Certificate from relevant Defence Authority, for Kittur – Hobli Certificate from the Tahshildar, Kittur).

Two copies of the latest passport size photographs of the child affixed at appropriate place on the application form and identity card.

The envelope sent to be returned along with the application after writing your postal address and affixing the post stamp. (Rs. 30/-).
