Instruction To Parents

  1. 1. Parents are required to furnish only authenticated facts to the best of their knowledge and belief, and to ensure that no information required to be given is concealed or modified/altered.
  2. 2. All entries in the application form and in its accompaniments should be filled in ink in ENGLISH neatly and clearly in bold CAPITAL LETTERS. No column should be left blank. If there are no particulars to be filled in, write the word “NIL”. Applications which do not fulfill the prescribed requirements will be rejected.
  3. 3. Only applications on the printed forms supplied by the School will be accepted. Documents/certificates sent along with the application form will not be returned.
  4. 4. Incomplete/incorrectly filled applications are liable to be rejected summarily. No interim correspondence on the subject will be entertained.
  5. 5. The application with its accompaniments should invariably reach the School before the last date specified. Applications received after the last date for the receipt of applications, or unaccompanied by the relevant documents / certificates / photographs /registration fees prescribed will be rejected.
  6. 6. The application is to be signed by the father of the candidates. Only if the father is not alive, will the mother sign it. A guardian may sign the application if both the father and mother of the candidate are not alive. The signature must be partly on the photograph and partly on the application form.
  7. 7. No Muncipal/Hospital Birth Extract, horoscope or affidavit is acceptable as evidence of the age. Applications accompanied by proof of age other than the school certificate with the prosper seals of the Head of the institute/School affixed, will not be entertained. Application without date of birth certificate from the school will be invalidated.
  8. 8. Once the date of birth, caste or domicile as claimed by the parents is accepted by the school authorities, no subsequent change is permissible.
  9. 9. The registration fee will not be refunded once the application is registered.
  10. 10. The total income from all sources given by the parents is subject to verification by the State Government Revenue authorities. Government Employees should give the details of their pay and allowances i.e. basic pay, dearness allowance, compensatory allowance etc.
  11. 11.Any enclosure to this application is not returnable under any circumstances.
