MS Scheme

Admissions for students on scholarship scheme are made to the VI Std. A Liberal Scholarship Scheme has been instituted by the Government of Karnataka for Merit Students whose parents are natives of state or are domiciled in it for three or more years while applying for admission. At present, a total of 354 Scholarship s underthe Scheme are available in the school. Admissions are made every year against the scholarships vacated by the girls leaving the school either on completion of the PU Course for any other permitted reason.

Half of admissions every year are on merit scholarships and the other half on merit-cum-means scholarships for all categories.

ELIGIBILITY

• Girls who have completed 10 years but are below 12 years of age on 1st June of the year on which admission is sought, and who have not previously appeared for this examination more than once are eligible for the examination.
• Application Criteria of Physical Standards are as follows:

Girls who meet the minimum physical fitness standard criteria laid down and are medically fit.

• Girls should have passed or be studying in Std.V at the time of filling the application should have passed Std. V at the time of admission.
