Withdraw Condiition

MS Scheme: Withdrawal of Merit Scholars, is possible under certain circumstances and subject to specific rules. Merit scholars can be withdrawn in the following circumstances:

1. The withdrawal is recommended by the Principal on grounds of misconduct or continued poor academic performance.
2. The parent /guardian repays the entire amount of scholarship granted by the Government up to time of withdrawal.
3. On grounds of serious illness certified by the District Civil Surgeon.
4. Except for the credit balance in the pocket money account no other part of fees paid or any payment made will be refunded regardless of the reason for withdrawal.

FFP Scheme:

1. Full fee students can be withdrawn on request by the parent/guardian on one month’s advance notice. After paying all the dues.
2. Withdrawal may also be ordered by the Principal on the grounds of misconduct, continued poor academic performance or on medical grounds.
3. Except for the credit balance in the pocket money account no other part of fees paid or any payment made will be refunded regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
