Teaching Aids

Teaching Aids create enthusiasm and interest in learning. They develop creativity in children. Audio Visual aids help the students to form clear useful mental concepts and also help to provide greater learning opportunities. Teaching Aids add variety to the class room techniques and remove monotony. They bring a sense of participation on the part of pupils. They also make class room experiences real and concrete.

Class Rooms: The academic Block, which is the centre of learning is a huge and beautiful three storeyed building on the top of the hill. It is clearly visible from the National Highway (NH4) at a distance of 2 km.This building comprises of spacious, well ventilated and well equipped class rooms for classes from VI to PUC II year. The building is well ventilated with a number of windows lined on the back wall OF THE BUILDING giving a spectacular view of the surrounding hills. There are also laboratories,library,Computer lab and studio. We also have open-air classrooms wherein afternoon revision/tutorial classes are conducted. There are huge corridors on each floor with a WATER cooler to provide drinking water to the students. The building has adequate water facility with a direct connection to the main storage tank. The main corridor on the ground floor allows the visitors to have a glance at the achievements of the students in various activities.

Study Halls: Two Study Halls have been added as a part of Academic Infrastructure for the senior students. The study hall near the skating ground for the students of std X, PUC I year and PUC II year, is well equipped and well ventilated to provide conducive atmosphere to the students to enable them to discuss, to classify their doubts with their peer group and to score high marks in their exams. The study hall in the Launge at Dormitory III and VIII is an ideal place for the students of Std IX to discuss and to help each other by co-operative learning.
